Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing team at Heyme Software. In this role, you will play a key part in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets, enabling the company to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to provide actionable data insights that drive business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to uncover trends and patterns.
• Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key metrics.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define data-driven goals and KPIs.
• Perform in-depth analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
• Work with SQL, Python, and other tools to manipulate and analyze data.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support key business initiatives and help guide decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular checks and audits.
• Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a tech or software company.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
